I've dug around and have read a few threads on single post turbo O2 sensors and from what i've seen some people have done it but were worried about cylinder fueling and timing differences. Is there any more to it than this?

As long as youre not talking about primary O2s on a single turbo, I have been running my secondaries on a single sensor for over a year now. Twins of course.

There is a toggle for it i believe in tuner pro. It uses bank 1 sensor 2 but you still have to leave bank 2 sensor 2 plugged in from what I've read.

I run this way because I've been too cheap to buy another for bank 2 sensor 2. Rather get a wideband setup instead.

DME relies heavily and does calculations specific for stock pre turbo sensors. It's in the works but it's super complicated and my guess is that not every single turbo has the same exhaust gas back pressure so it can't be an off the shelf thing that you can click in MHD.
