Take a picture of the inside of that filter for me.
By the drawings and the distortion of that filter I'm thinking that the dick on the inside of the filter got sucked in and that's what hit the blade. Maybe both times if you haven't changed the filter. I can't picture the clearance dimensions in my head but i don't think it's out of the realm of possible.
Or if a trans mount is broke/weak that the engine moving around makes the filter hit something and that's what moves it.
