Looks like you had the same issue as I did with a new account, messaging Carabuser for a tune
I wrote on his page, he messaged me and I got the first base map tested yesterday, night-and-day difference from the previous tune I was running

I do not recommend posting on someone's profile page for help so people aren't fielding support questions from all over the place. They have a vendor thread you can just post there.
