Hi, my name is Rob and I'm living in Germany. I own two BMW E46s, a 330i Touring and a frankengine 2.8L sedan which is currently being built.
Both engines are/will be supercharged with Rotrex C38 units and receive B58 and S58 upgrades, like ignition coils and intake manifolds.
The touring is likely to get a B58 & 8HP swap in the future, as it is my daily, but since we have the TÜV in Germany, some things remain to be sorted out
The sedan will stay 6sp MT, but will have some boltons from B/S58 like the ignition coils and intake manifold.
Also. a while ago I started a website called ms4x.net and looked into disassembly of ECU software.
