So, car is a 2008 335 msd81 with a doc kit pte 6466, motiv BB, 550cc Bosch injector, SS controller, prw duel 450 lpfp,

Car drives amazing but randomly and sporadically I'll get either or both, knock sensor signal 2 and o2 sensor siganl rear 2 with a boost deactivation and fuel pump plausibility and on occasion a missfire cyl5.

At the same time mhd will also disconnect or freeze and when I try open monitor data again it will tell me "waiting for task to complete" and only once I have closed the app and reopened it will it reconnect some times it may take switching off the car for a min to get a connection again.

Woundering if anyone else has experienced this?.

I have been over every wire multiple times have changed both the knock and the rear o2 sensors, it's really a challeng to even get a data log as it will freeze up almost every time I open the gates.

Any imput would be appreciated I'm at the end of my rope I've been dealing with this for so long and why I'm here posting about it.

The misfire may be a separate issue but it definitely has an issue with the mhd that I can't seem to trace.

I'll be trying a new dme next.

Thanks.

I imagine you are probably nearly always connected to watch what is going on.

Have you tried running without the phone connected? I'm just thinking possible canbus problem caused by the phone/obd port?

Another thing is OBD extensions, try to avoid them. I have no idea if its related to your issues but I do know they cause problems sometimes.
