Hello everyone, I have some trouble to adapt the kisspoint of my DCT. Its fittet with a new and stronger clutch. The learning process is starting without any Problems, after around 60-70(of 90) seconds it stops with the Message "Adaption done, but values out of tolerance" if I click back there is a similar message "Finished, but kisspoint out of valid range". There are also 2 Errors which appears (5031 and 5137).

The clutch still don't work well after this procedure. Maybe someone have a solution for that, whats the problem here?

Infos about my car:
E92 335i from 2009
With DCT and N54 (MHD Stage 2+)

We just upgraded the Software to 2011/03

Are you able to drive it at all? I think I've heard to drive it a little bit and then keep trying the learning procedure.

I had read about aftermarket clutches having this issue but not aware what the fix was sorry. Suggests asking the manufacturer?
Yes, waiting currently for an answer from the manufacturer. Maybe I can get some Infos there.

Yes, already drove around 30-50km and gave a couple of tries.

I've heard of needing to return the clutches and try again. I think there is something about them that just puts them on the outer limits of what the learn in process can handle.
