Looking for help if anyone knows what does a cable linked from DBpin6 to male grey connector pin 4 is and also DBpin2 to female grey #17. I purchased a used jb4 that came with anti lag and port injection wires. I figured all those out but can’t find anything on what these are for. If anyone can help I’d this greatly appreciated.

I hope you could make it out They are just hard wired in and can’t seem to figure out what they are for. It use to run portinjection and anti lag but I figured all of those out and wired up my port injection and still can’t seem to figure out.

I just went through the same thing. You can go to the install of the no lift shift and anti-lag and see the pin outs that are changed. If you dont want to use them, (and dont have original jumpers that were removed), just look at your DME plugs. Not all pins are used and the JB4 has jumpers in every slot. Just removed the the jumpers from the unused outputs on the DME and put into the wired you removed from the no lift shift and anti lag. And you are back to a stock JB4. Just save the jumpers and you can always go to using them at any time.

Yea I figured out the port injection from connecting it to mine and also the anti lag. So are the brown wires that I am talking about a two step? I’m auto and if it makes no difference I’ll just run it as is if not like N54fc says I can remove them worst case. And thanks for your replies greatly appreciated
