Well im going to guess you are running aftermarket turbos? The PWM is super low at 14psi which is great. Lots of headroom to go higher.

Have you set the BEF mode in the JB4? Steering wheel option 4-2. It looks like the DME is controlling boost and not the JB4.

If its set to 4-3 then that is your problem. :)

Yes this is a precision 6266. let me double check my menue 4, but it should be on 2.

FF is adaptive so being ST he would need to DB tune to get the curve to meet target. All good.
Yea but his boost is off target throughout the whole pull . Raising Ff would add boost throughout the whole
Boost curve(global).
Use db just to dial it in at certain Rpms .

I'm single turbo also.

DB tuning is needed since the FF will over boost in areas he's meeting target then FF will try to learn down causing him to under boost again during the next WOT pull.

Not all ST kits are the same. They vary even from build to build of the same exact setup.

I know what you are saying but he is undertarget throughout the entire rpm range
