Hi all,

Interested in learning how these tables below effect timing?

Timing Cor. Factor (Charge Air Temp) What is the X axis TB(F)? Values in the main table is how much timing is being removed? obviously depending on intake temps?

And also the Total Timing Cor. (Charge Air Temp)

X and Y axis tables correlate to the top left table, these are sometimes called breakpoints. Bottom left is the max timing retard due to high iats. The higher the factor the more timing retard in the top left.

Thanks. I got the bottom table. But what does the x axis in the top table represent? It's says TB (F).
Also for example in the main table if there is 0.500 is that half a degree of timing? Or is it percentage?

Percentage

So 212 coolant, 140 air, 5900 rpm would pull 0.400 * -7.5 = 3 degrees of timing.
