N54 Diverter valves on single turbo

Any good solutions beside cutting up a filter or routing the inlet for a top mount to drivers side? Using forge diverter valves.

That is what I ended up doing, really wasn't educated on what they actually did. Post-install and tons of hands-on experience demonstrated how it was the answer infont of my face. Appreciate the response though!
