Hi all, I am in the process of putting together a custom water meth system, the brain of the system will be the TorqueByte CM5 LTS controller, a pair of twisted Tuning solenoids and seven nozzles, I am now looking for the BEST pump available. I am kinda set on the ProMeth 190L any one heve experience with this pump?

I don't experience with them but they have a decent rep and it certainly draws enough current that it should work well as a meth pump. If you ever needed more just install a 2nd pump but you should not need to. Assuming the 3150 cc/min is accurate that is plenty of meth on top of pump/e85.

Thanks for your response sir, the 16.5amp draw is relatively high which suggests that it should be able to achieve high pressures (its rated at 300psi max) but each of the controlles pump outputs can handle 20A so I should be good.

Progress update! I've put together a custom two staged system, the first stage which is mainly for IAT control has a single CM10 nozzle and the second is six CM5 "port" nozzles, both of which are controlled by their individual high speed solenoids. Because of the intercooler placement I could not get the nozzles directly mounted in each runner so I put them opposite but pointing directly toward each runner opening. All the outputs on the CM5 controller ( including each pump output) are mapable via 2D tables just like an FI system so I expect to be able to properly tune the system.

Hi peeps! Tank mounted “ floating” over the trunk floor to allow removal of the finisher liner thingy  I also painted the mount/ bracket with flat black (rattle can) paint to see if it disappears and it does when the light turns off making it nice and stealth. Will be powder coating eventually, for now I’m waiting on 3 feet methanol friendly hose to connect the tank to the pump and complete the install.

What tank is that? Size? Is it baffled?

Looks like it is fun to fill ;)

AEM 5 gallon, it has a baffle at the pump suction, nothing fancy but it’s there. It’s extremely easy to fill once the back seats are dropped!:smirk:

I was going to say from the trunk that would be a bitch! 5 gallons is good. You will not have to fill up...that often ;)
