Can anyone look at this and see if anything wrong, lots of timing correction and low rail pressure

Hey everyone so I did a pull today and blew my slave cylinder. I also looked back at the log and noticed somewhat low rail pressure during the pull. Was under 3000 psi the entire time. Also I was getting a good amount of timing correction. Almost 3 degrees in all cylinders throughout the pull. Anyone know what they mean or can better identify what the problem could be. I have all index 12 injectors with my HPFP being on about 80K miles. I am running MHD v10 stage 1+ OTS tune.
