I would assume you can code the car to charge correctly?

you have to use a special lithium ctek charger to condition them once in a while, the setting in the battery coding will be 60ah AGM

There are a lot of lithium batteries available here. I'm just not sure how good they are. I found one that is for racing applications. It is the same size as the 535i battery but only weighs 13 pounds. It has that drain protection technology as well. Only 675 dollars.

Yeah the 100ah due early next year is around 600 dollars, last battery ill buy for a long time.
